As a freelance full-stack developer, I specialize in creating both web and native applications using React, React Native, Expo, SQL, and MongoDB. I focus on delivering high-quality, user-friendly solutions tailored to meet client needs. Whether it's building responsive websites or cross-platform mobile apps, I bring your ideas to life with a focus on performance and seamless user experiences.

I provided leadership and expertise in designing, developing, testing, and implementing procedures while managing and improving the IT department's Knowledge Base. I analyzed and resolved issues ranging from major system crashes to routine password resets, focusing on preventing recurrences. Additionally, I trained the Service Desk team and created documentation to support troubleshooting and new procedures.

As an IT Analyst, I served as the Identity and Access Management service owner. I managed user accounts, groups, and devices, leveraging PowerShell for automation and implementing single sign-on for both internal and cloud applications like Office 365. I also oversaw network services and devices, including ISP coordination, performance monitoring of links, switches, firewalls, OpenVPN access, and Squid proxy servers. My role included server management, troubleshooting, patching, and monitoring of virtual and on-premises servers, along with deploying and managing Microsoft System Center. Additionally, I developed a Java-based IT assets inventory application, automated workflows using Python scripts, and maintained databases with SQLServer and MySQL, including scripting, monitoring, and backups.
